This boat launch is situated within a development that employs a secured access code, intended solely for the use of residents. The launches themselves are accessible, although the adjacent piers appear to be showing signs of deterioration. During my visit, I experienced a pier giving way beneath my foot as I was departing. Furthermore, I discovered nine spent bullet casings at the site. It seems that the piers could benefit from safety improvements and enhanced security measures.
I do believe this is private\gated access for both the kayak and boat launch. Public access to the South at Chris Anderson landing on hwy 9
