Gets a lot of traffic but conveniently near a gas station. It's a short ride on the water to Bucksport marina hit the restaurant or bout 20-45 mins to river city cafe or the boathouse. There's plenty of good fishing spots if u have a watercraft of some sort. Might can do a fish trap or cat line from dock but I haven't had much luck fishing with a rod and reel. A few people said it's better fishing spot at night but I haven't tried any night fishing. I'd try keep noise to a minimum though there's a lot of houses close by.

The Magical Stag

Clean. Easy access and good place to fish.

Hard to find a better boat landing around. There's 2 concrete ramps to launch from. Parking right there, unless it's full then right across the street is a med-size gravel parking lot for overflow. Oh, there's also a nice bench at waterside and a permanent porta-potty. Good aluminum floating dock too. It's a good place to fish off the town side.
