I was informed today that this ramp is private and that my corp of engineers boat ramp pass that I payed 50$ for is not valid here. The park is private but I believe that the ramp is not PLEASE ADVISE
I love to fish at Cherokee Boat Ramp. I don't use a boat, I dock fish. The dock is close to the parking lot, so you don't have to carry your gear very far. It's very peaceful and relaxing!
Plenty of ramps however the side walk between in wide leaving the ramps narrow so it was difficult with a wide beam.
Multie ramps, great parking, clean restrooms and a,great fish cleaning a ratio,
Nice place to put in your boat. Costs $4 and has facilities!
