Boater Reviews
The kids have a lot of fun floating down the river and jumping in using the rope swings. Not a lot of people usually. Pretty clean & seems safe. Usually there is a police officer down there sitting in his patrol car.
Nice spot next to a small river. Park has a gazebo, a small boat ramp and two fishing piers. There were about a dozen people swimming when we visited. We fished for a couple of hours, but all we caught were a few very small Bluegill.
Great fishing in winter but in the late spring and summer you won't catch anything as there are always people swimming.
Great little place to watch the water, maybe swim if its warm enough. Peaceful and quiet. Very quiet place
Entrance is easy to miss. Pay close attention. Nice little park on a river. There is a boat ramp. Good place to walk a dog. Locals swim there during the hot weather. Not many amenities except nature.
