It's a good place to put in a small boat to go fishing in the Edisto river. That is if you can navigate all the fallen trees from the past storms .You would think with a natural resource the county and city of orangeburg would do something about it.I remember when people use to ski in the river and have boat rides during the rose festival. Plenty of parking at your on risk. There are usually other people in this area taking up the view or eating in their cars.Many shady spots if you want to do that
