Boater Reviews
My touring kayak was great. There are some very shallow areas. If one desires to paddle all of the way to the falls. Be prepared to portage over rocks.
We love this little hidden gem. We are so glad that not many people know about it. It's so nice to be able to bring our dog here without any disturbances. We love fishing here. We have started putting our kayaks in here too. It can get a little sketchy at night, but nothing I'm too afraid of.
Two ramps tucked away in here on either side of the parking lot. No fees. Toilets.
A great spot to launch your boat. Boat ramps on both sides of the Parking lot. A couple of nice areas to swim near the boat ramps. Several pic nic tables to sit and relax. A pier to walk, sit, or fish on on towards the back side of the Parking lot down a short paved road. Restrooms, short hiking trail and more pic nic tables in that area as well. It is pretty busy and crowded in Saturdays during the summer, but not bad most other days.
Not a bad boat ramp area. Not too crowded half the time. Few swimming areas, but nice area. Boat ramp and decent truck and boat trailer parking.
